open link in new browser tab for Download Link Text

  • How can we have the link for the file name text under the pdf viewer open in another browser tab instead of the current tab? (the linked page has the file name text adjusted to shown the word download/view)

    The referenced page does not have a PDF it has a JPEG image.

    If there is a link below the PDF, you should be able to control-click the link to open in a new window.
