    I’m afraid that won’t be possible. The Twitter widget is actually hosted on Twitter.com and inserted into your site via an iFrame. We don’t have control over the content of the iFrame.

    If you’d like Twitter to change the behaviour of their widgets, I’d suggest posting in the Twitter Developer forums to make that suggestion:
