For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to get the menu on this website to open up on the first click of the “menu icon” (3 bars). When you click on the menu icon, it correctly opens a sliding window from the right – but instead of showing the actual menu – it only shows the menu icon again.

You have to click on THAT to get the menu to display.

I have tried changing everything I can find (sticky headers, triggers, etc) and cannot find a way to get this menu to display on the FIRST click of the menu icon.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Howdy,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Have you tried adding a mobile navigation item to your header? Kindly check this article here to help you better: https://kadence-theme.com/knowledge-base/header/customizing-the-mobile-navigation-area/

Is this what you are trying to accomplish? Perhaps we can offer another solution.

Hope this helps. Have a great day.

    Best,

Hi @txfig – I noticed you are using a plugin called max mega menu which might be overwriting the kadence menu settings. Try deactivating that plugin (temporarily), clearing the SG cache of your environment and your browser cache (or opening an incognito window) to see if that doesn’t help. NOTE: This may have something to do with your transparent menu issue you describe here.

It was Mega Menu. I had forgotten I had that installed.
