    Good Evening,

is there a way to open an Order from Woocommerce, which is “pending” into POS?
    Scenario:
A customer orders some items by phone or mail. I do create that order in woocommerce and set it to pending.
The customers comes into the store, I open the order and could add additional items and do the check out process.

The function “show in POS” does not work for me:

    Opps, Error Loading POS Data.
    Clear Data & Sync
    Error message: Fetch Error

    Thanks!

    Have a great weekend!

Yes, we support this type of scenario, but the order needs to be created and saved in the POS. A saved order from the POS, which in Pending Payment status can be opened again in the POS using Show in POS, modified and processed for checkout.

Here is a quick demo of the functionality scenario:

Orders placed using the Store Front-end or manually in the WooCommerce Add Order process won’t be able to be opened in the POS with the Show in POS functionality.

    Thanks for the detailed instruction.
Is there a way to block / reduce the stock during that time?
Since my items are also listed in my webstore, those items should not be able to be sold online.

The status “on Hold” offers that, but if an order is on Hold, i cannot open it in POS.

Under the Station > Product Tab, you can define a Stock Hold time, as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/6wSXxt5

This inventory management setting will apply to orders saved as well.
