Open PDF file in new window?

    Hello

    I am setting up a website where the client wants to have a PDF file that can open up in a new window when the link is clicked on.

    I have no issue having the PDF open in the current window with the following:

    <a href='https://www.kevingfitzpatrick.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Resume-II.pdf'>Resume II</a>

    Now I understand I need to put a [” target=”_blank”] in here somewhere to get it to open in a new window, but I don’t know where. So far, each time I try it does nothing or messes with the screen.
