@kjhawayek You can either adjust position using the Display Settings section when editing the popup, or adjust the z-index of the overlay & popup to be much higher so that they are layered over your themes header using the same section.

Either way everything you need is in the Display Settings section.

@hagaysola – Best to start a new thread. Do you have a link I can look at?

In order for your click open links to work your popup needs to be available on that page. Check and be sure that popup 506’s targeting conditions are set to show that popup on the page you are trying to use it on.

    Hello @danieliser,

I’m exited to get started with popupmaker, however I’ve folled all steps but cant get my popup to appear.

The popup is created, “entire site” checked and I’ve tried with both shortcodes codesnippets/buttons/links etc.

Everything seam to be right, just that the box does not appear.

Any suggestion, what could I have missed?

@antonheijbel – If you have a link I will be able to quickly find the issue. Sounds like it may be a JS error. Does admin debug trigger the popup?

@danieliser – here is a link to the site: https://www.anna-cross.com/ psw: annacross

I’ve done 4 examples with different codes, (you can find them on the second last slide/#media)

I’ve played around with a few test snippets, to see if I can find any variation that works, none of them triggers the popup.. I’ve also tried the shortcode that you suggested earlier in this post. So it seems like there is some other issue.

    Many thanks,

@danieliser , did you get a chance to look at this?

I need to move ahead and comeplete this function, if I cant make this plugin work I will have to move to another one.

Sorry to bother you with this, but if you have any input that is much appriciated. Would love to use this plugin!

@antonheijbel – Sorry, must have missed the notification email. After a quick look you have v4.6.3 of Rev Slider installed. This needs to be updated to v4.6.5+ which should resolve the issues. Their older versions loaded their JS in a way that broke other plugins that used the same animation JS.

@danieliser, thank you so much! – that was the issue..

Looking forward to exploring this awesome plugin.

@antonheijbel – No problem. Please take a moment to rate and review the plugin and or support.

I have this installed correctly, and it seems to be working, however the text in my popup is overlayed on top of the current page. In order to actually read the popup text, the screen needs to be scrolled way down so there is a white background. Is there any way to make this appear as just regular black text in a white box with a black border?
