Open post template in lightbox/shadowbox.

What i am looking to do is have a way for when a user clicks on a Post Title, a Image in a post, or anything having to do with a post, for it to open the entire post, including all the images, the post content, and the comments along with the add comment box in a light box or shadowbox effect that hovers over the page.

It would also be nice if there was a navigation for them to cycle from one post to another without leaving the light box / shadow box. With a next and previous arrow, or something simple like that.

I have lost track of how many different plugins and threads i have looked at about this topic. There are a rediculous amount of posts about this online where no descriptive or useful answers have been given.

There also seems to be a way to open just about everything in a lightbox / shadowbox, other then the post itself.

I would be very thankful if anyone could help me with this. I hope i have been clear on what i am trying to accomplish here. Thanks.
