Open Social Links into new Tab

The footer icons open in a new tab. Which version are you talking about? ??

Links that are on ‘our member’ Even at ‘Our focus’, it’d be good to have option to make it open in new window.

But on our Our Member section IS the must! And even better if we can add website link to our member picture.

Please find the team member sections among your theme files and use target=”_blank” inside the a tag in the social-icons class.

If you are not able to do it then we can share the screen if possible and i will do it on behalf of you.

Vipin, the issue with that is that you’re changing codes around. Which means when there is an update, we’ll have to redo it and my security plugins will go crazy saying the file has been changed and try to fix it automatically.

We (at least I) would like to get this updated by theme authors rather than fixing it by toughing to codes.

To Authors: We would like to see option to make it open in new window for each section if possible…. but we’re talking about Team section more than anything else because that’s the section where we often link team’s external site and when they click, they leave the site… ??

For anyone that is wondering, the code where you can insert the blank target is in functions.php inside the theme files.
