Open tab panel on webpage load

Hi,
Could you please provide me some PHP code / JavaScript, I could use to open/toggle a “su-tabs” tab panel upon webpage load?
I pretty much, just want to check some parameter and toggle to a different tab for the visitor on one of my webpages (I can write backend PHP/Javascript for).
