• Hello,

    I understand that all of you that work at WP for Church are busy. However, I have had an open ticket on your website for about a week now with no response. I would greatly appreciate if you would attend to it. It is in regard to the plugin not working properly with our theme. I have spent hours trying to make it work. I was willing to talk with you regarding getting it to work but due to the no response to my ticket I have found a better solution to what I am doing with our sermons. I would like to politely ask for a refund due to it not working and not receiving any customer service.

    We apologize. It was our understanding that you did not want to use the plugin and only wanted a refund. You should see that credited to your account. It did not appear you were looking for additional help according to the conversation. We apologize for the miscommunication.

I have worked with it now trying to get it to work for a couple weeks and the only way anything shows up is if I use a code block element and put in shortcodes. I followed the directions for installing and getting started and it still is not working properly. I would like to ask kindly for a refund. I am not upset at all just disappointed. It has taken too much time in putting together our church website. So, I kindly ask if I could receive a refund of the payment I made for the pro version. I will not be using the plugin at all.     Thanks for your response Alex. I apologize if I came across highly upset. I am not. Yes, I do want the refund and thank you for it. I understand that miscommunication happens. I just kept seeing that my ticket was still open on your site so I thought it had not been attended to. I am sorry your product did not work for us. Please have a blessed day.
