    Can you enable the option to see all tickets (in the plugins settings, Advanced tab) and see if the ticket appears after that.

    Hi Julien

    That was already enabled. What’s strange though is that the notification showing me that there is an open ticket assigned to me no longer shows that a ticket is open and assigned to me!

    Very strange – oh well. Mark this as resolved as the problem no longer exists.

    Could you please specify which area showed you an open ticket? Was it the bubble in the admin menu or the one in the admin bar?

    It was the one in the top admin bar.

    Alright then it must be related to a small bug with the open tickets count not being updates in some particular cases (like when a ticket is transferred). That will be fixed soon.
