Open up client data and orders when a pbx call is caught

  • it’s quite common that when I call a company, they automatically (based on my phonenumber, I assume) the operator immediately gets my address and order data on his/her screen and we can easily continue our conversation.

    This requires an integration between a PBX and WordPress. And some logic to present the data on screen and how to initiate that screen (after a button push or automatic web page or browser tab.

    Is there anything like that available. Either free or commercial?

    To be more specific. I use Asteriks VOIP.
