Open URL Not Working

    Hi Carlos, thanks for your excellent plugin here!

    I have several locations on a US map, each with a URL specified in the Action Content and Open URL set for the Click Action.

    On the map preview on the back end, when I click a marker, the display to the right appears to acknowledge the click and the Open URL action.

    However, when the map renders on the front end, clicking doesn’t work.

    In the console I do see the following (not sure if it’s related):
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'downPointers' of undefined

    Any idea what might be causing this?

    I would need to see the live page to check what could be happening. Are you able to share the link? You can also use the option to contact me using the builtin contact form in the plugin admin area if you prefer to share the link that way.

    Closing this as the issue has now been solved.
    It was a matter of adjusting the map settings and content.
