Open/Close – Plugin Widget

    This is my first post and I am new to wordpress ??

    I did a search and can not find what I am looking for so hopefully someone has come across something like this.

    I am looking for some sort of “button” where I can switch the content of my page. Kind of like and Open/Closed or Vacant/NoVacant sign but with a little bit more options behind it.

    I am designing a website for a Dog and Cat rescue organization and we take in surrendered pets from people who can no longer take care of them.

    We have information for each condition.

    If we are “open” it has certain information and phone numbers and some specific information.

    If we are “closed” it has another set of information and phone numbers and so on.

    Currently we need to go in and switch out the pages and links and its really a tedious task and none of the volunteers are tech savvy so if its ever left “closed” we run the risk of animals being unnecessarily surrendered to kill shelters and euthanized.

    It would be great to have a button that any non-tech savvy volunteer could click 24×7 and it could change/hide a section of a page, or switch from one page to another or something like that.

    The closest thing I have found is “Simple On/Off Switch” but it only inserts 1 line of text and it appears to be discontinued.

    If anyone knows of a plugin like this I would be extremely grateful!
