open/displaying blog comments by default

Hi,

Is there a way to set the defaults so that the comments are expanded/displayed automatically?

The comments on our blog are a link (e..g., “2 comments”), which one clicks on to “Open/display” to read the comments.

Is there a way for them to always be open/displayed on the same page as all the blog entries?
