The Nextend plugin has associated my Facebook image as my Gravitar, which replaced my Gravitar. As the blog author, my thumbnail is on all blog posts, and I do not wish it to reflect my FB profile picture. How can I fix this?
Disabling the plugin removes the profile picture and reverts it to Gravitar.
