    Hi there,

    I have an issue with open graph for Linkedin. Inspector tool shows me an error: “date published missing”.

    How can I fix?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you share the URL of the post/page? In the meantime, you can learn more about LinkedIn sharing at https://yoast.com/help/linkedin-sharing-not-working/

    Hi @mkbarraco

    We tested that URL in LinkedIn’s post inspector and we do see that it is showing a warning for

    Publish Date – No publication date found

    When we clicked on it, it doesn’t show much information on which tag it is referring to.

    We can confirm that that your article is outputting the following meta tags (from the Yoast SEO plugin) relating to the published date:

    <meta property="article:published_time" content="2021-04-12T12:00:15+00:00" />

    "datePublished":"2021-04-12T12:00:15+00:00"

    You might want to get in touch with LinkedIn support to clarify what they are using to determine the published date for the post inspector.
