Openid produces internal server error 500 when, upon attempted authentication:
My setup:
IIS 6.0, PHP 5.2.5 as CGI application
+
+404 wp hack (see below)
+permalinks set to blog/%postname%.html
+OpenID Plugin
+5.2.1 libmysql.dll replacementNotes:

When i revert php mode to ISAPI, openid functions correctly with no error messages, however I am limited by the bug in IIS which display a blank homepage in WP.How can i resolve the compatability of this plugin and the openid authentication with my IIS host setup??
