OpenID Plugin

  • Openid plugin for wordpress not working. Have installed XRDS-Simple as ‘think’ it acts as a provider but this is not clear, nor is it clear if OpenID needs a ‘provider’.
    Have seen many comments that it does not work on Blogger which is where I am trying to use it.

    My problem is I can’t comments on Blogger using OpenID through my blog root URL. The error message is “Your OpenID credentials could not be verified”

    Can anyone help me to comment on blogger using my own blog

    Am assuming the post from WPyogi is meant for me as my post is deleted, altho Tehews is referenced.

    Find these forums so laden with Rules that it is impossible to learn the Game. Hence there is never any useful help provided as responders seem to take more pleasure in correcting/deleting posts, than in providing any useful help.

    FYI: Links included in the deleted post were for illustration only as thought it would be helpful for Techews.
