Opening a chat room..

    Made a good plug-in, so I’m using it really well.
    I’m thinking about subscribing as a pro.
    Is it possible for a member of the site to open a chat room?

    I know that only managers can open it
    If it can be modified with a source code or option, the intention to subscribe is 100%
