    Hi Brett,

Thanks for screencast and URL ??

    For the first issue:

Do you have Settings->Basic->FAQ Toggle set to “No”? If so, can you try setting it to “Yes” instead?

When FAQ Toggle is set to No, UFAQs assumes that you want to send the user to the FAQ’s individual page instead.

    For the second issue:

Did the permalinks ever work for you? If so, was anything recently changed in terms of permalinks (either with WordPress or UFAQ)?

You can try flushing them by going to WordPress Settings -> Permalinks -> and click “Save Changes” (note: you don’t need to change anything on this page, by clicking “Save Changes” it’ll clear out old permalinks info that may be interfering with your current setup)

I’ve tried both of those with some progress.

    Hi Brett,

Thank you for following up. I had a look at the developer console on your FAQ page and there are quite a few JavaScript errors. The one that concerns me the most is:

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#](…)

This is a conflict that arose in many themes with the WordPress 4.5 update. It may have to do with the jQuery version your theme includes or some of its own custom JavaScript. Please visit the following URL for more info and a potential workaround. You may need to contact the theme developer.

For the issue in which no content is displaying on the permalink page, this might have to do with how the single.php template file in your theme displays the content of posts. If you briefly switch to a different theme, does the content display?
