    Hello there,

We are facing issues with the free version of the QuickViewer plugin. Opening the first quick view works fine, but if I close the viewer and want to open another one, the popup is blank.

    Please help me fix this!

    Hi there,

I just performed a test and I can’t replicate the issue on your site.

Can you record a video for us, please?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hello,

I noticed it may not always be directly the second time.

Here is a link to the video: https://fastupload.io/mCO1KhxE6VKfj16/file

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Let us know your results.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I have WooCommerce and YITH plugin active only. And the 2024 theme. And the issue still occurs.

I have also installed the latest versions of both WooCommerce and YITH plugin.

The site does not have caching now.

Is there still anything I am missing?

    Let me know!
