    Website language is de-DE.
The OpenTable Block is displayed in German in the editor, but on the website it’s the default en-US because the editor strips the language variable from the script call.
Thus the block is only usable in languages that are not the website language apart from the default english.

    Hi @klebinger3wm

I’m checking with our developers on this, and we’ll check back in when we hear from them.

    Hi @klebinger3wm

The Devs were unable to reproduce this issue, but noted that “Jetpack itself doesn’t strip anything, it adds the language code to the URL if the attribute is saved in the block settings. If it appears to be stripped on their end (i.e. if their block settings are correctly set to German, and do not remain set that way when they save their post), then it must be another plugin conflicting with post saves. In which case I would recommend a plugin dance.”

The plugin dance, as you likely know, involves temporary deactivating all plugins except Jetpack and then try to reproduce the issue, then activate one plugin at a time until the issue pops up again.

If that isn’t an option, you can either test on a staging site, or try the Troubleshooting mode of the Health Check plugin.
