Opera browser widget display problem

I’m using several instances of the Sponsors Slideshow widget in my left sidebar to display fading ads. Everything looks great in Firefox, Safari, Chrome and MSIE. However, one user pointed out a problem with Opera. On both Windows XP and the Mac OS, after the initial display, when the ads change to the next batch, the images show up way over to the right of the center column in this 3 column page, the Atahualpa theme.

It would seem the developer might not be supporting the plugin anymore since I get a 404 when trying to view information on his website.

Any ideas? I am using this plugin in the first place because I haven’t found an ad manager plugin that allows pretty fading and rotation of ads without page reload.
