operate at the query level to not even see titles

Every restrict plugin I’ve seen so far still exposes the title of a post/page in a query and hides the content, which is a good start. But I’d like it to modify the query so as to only show those results which the viewer has permissions to see. It could be a second check box, but I (and I think a lot of others) would find that very handy ??
