Operation couldn’t complete

Your plugin was recommended by EDD themselves. However, downloads won’t complete – please see here https://saiia.org.za/research/the-experience-of-south-african-firms-doing-business-in-africa-a-preliminary-survey-and-analysis/ – I have created a test page with the EDD button but the PDF won’t finish downloading, despite being only 500k.

Also, is there a way to hide the link on the button, without resorting to a ZIP file?
