Operation Timed Out

I can confirm that the API is working as it should. You can see this by going directly to the plugin API link from your screenshot: https://api.www.ads-software.com/plugins/info/1.0/woocommerce.json

There is a possibilty that this is being blocked by your hosting provider and its best to check with them on why the timeout is occuring as the API URL is up and running as expected.

Hi,
I disabled all plugins except woocommerce and Facebook for woocommerce. Even I changed my theme from Shoptimizer to Storefront, but the issue is not resolved.
Facebook for woocommerce plugin is trying to access the woocommerce.json API, and I am getting this error when the plugin is activated. Other plugins or themes are not affecting this.

Reply from Google cloud hosting support – GCP only blocks port 25.
I am using Cloudflare but disabling it didn’t solve the problem. So, Cloudflare is not the problem.
Don’t know what’s causing this issue?

My problem is resolved by LiteSpeed support.
It’s a real timeout issue and I confirmed this with LiteSpeed support. This issue is possible due to the network latency. If your server is in the Asia region, the curl timeout happens easily.

And, It is not bcoz of plugin or theme conflict.
