Hello, I installed a simple contact form on my web-site a couple of years ago. It’s not working properly so I went to have a look at it in my dashboard, but it is not listed among my installed plug-ins. Then I went to the /wp-content/plug-ins directory in ionos’s substitute for cpanel, but there is no folder for a contact form (I can’t remember which one it was). If I fill out the contact form, it comes back with ‘submission rejected’ so there seems to be plug-in operational. But where could it be, please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

check to see if the contact form included as part of another plugin or a part of your theme? maybe Kadence Blocks?

Thanks very much, I created it with Kadence Blocks. Now I remember. The contact form page says it was created in 2021, whereas I only started using Kadence in 2023, which is one reason I didn’t think it could be that.
