    Hello. I have installed your plugin for a while now.
    In fact, I am redesigning my ENTIRE site, based on 2 elements;
    1) I went from an “old” template (Iam Social) to a more “modern” one (Elementor) and, within the Elementor options, I decided to start from scratch using “Hello Elementor”.
    2) As you surely know, Hello has NO header or footer and that is precisely why I decided to build it (also) from scratch with your plugin.
    And what is the problem? For now none and, modestly, I’m looking GREAT () () You can see the staging version by following this link;
    https://stage9.atutrabajo.org/
    However, EVERY TIME Elementor is updated to a new version, I get the following message…
    …”Compatibility Alert – Some of the plugins you are using have not been tested with the latest version of Elementor (3.10.0). To avoid issues, make sure they are up to date and compatible before updating Elementor.
    Plugin: Elementor Header & Footer Builder
    Tested up to Elementor version: Unknown”…

    So please…
    Could you – from time to time – give your plugin an “update” and/or “notify” Elementor that everything is Ok so that it stops sending these HORRIBLE messages?

    I await your comments.

    From already thank you very much.

    Regards.

    Hi @atutrabajo, sorry for the long delay.

    Well, since v3.1, Elementor introduced a compatibility tag to ensure the third-party will be up-to-date with the latest versions of Elementor and Elementor Pro. You can read more about this on their doc.

    So, there’s no need to worry about any compatibility issues as we periodically test our plugin. In case, we notice an update is required, we shall quickly release an update. However, if you find any minor/major issues while updating our plugin to the latest version, feel free to submit a ticket through our Support Portal, or create a new thread in this forum. We will take care of it accordingly.

    Anyway, speaking about the compatibility, there was a time when I saw this on my dev site. Do you think they are not sure about the compatiblity of their own products? ??

    Since this is actually not a query, I am marking this thread as Resolved. Feel free to respond to this thread if you need further assistance on this matter.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hello. You’re right. I don’t know what you (or they) did but, since the update to Elementor 3.10.1 the Message did NOT appear again.

    And, in case there were “doubts”, I just updated to Elementor 3.10.2 and the message in question did NOT appear either.

    Ergo, I imagine that the problem has ALREADY BEEN SOLVED!!!

    Anyway, thanks for answering.

    For now it’s all.

    Regards.

    Very pleased to know that.

    Feel free to start a new thread if there is anything else related to this plugin we can help you with.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
