Opt-In

  • Hello from Germany!

    I would really like the plugin. Unfortunately, in Germany the signatures are worth nothing if there is no opt-in (i.e. confirmation of the e-mail address). Can you add that please? That would be great.

    OK, function found – but it is not working! Even not in the pro version. NO EMAILS are going out!

    Some servers don’t like WordPress’s use of the inbuilt mail() function.

    Try installing the wp-smtp plugin and configuring it to send through an SMTP account and see if that works.

    Thanks for your reply. All other messages are going out (System, Plugins like Formular/Login-Restricts…). Only from this plugin not… Why is it so?

    Good question. I am not sure, but this issue only happens rarely and the wp-smtp plugin solves it.

    A problem for me is that I can’t recreate it which makes diagnosing any issues impossible.

    OK, tried out but even WITH the SMTP-Plugin, there is no Opt-in-Mail sent…

    I can see the the entry in the signing-List, but i am getting no email to use the opt-in…
