opt-in checked although not asked

    In the settings Audience tab, I chose “Visible, unticked by default” for the opt-in.
    Nevertheless, it IS ticked on the WooCommerce checkout page, but only for logged in users.

    This was not the case before, I just saw it today, maybe it is a bug after an update?
