Opt-In Field / Email Address example values persisting – cannot replace values

Hey Zack,
I cannot replace the placeholder/watermark example values in both the ‘Opt-In Field’ and ‘Email Address’ fields. Clicking on these fields does nothing, the example values remain ??
If you could please have a look at this asap, that would be great!
