Opt-in form not loading

    Hi – I installed the plugin in June last year and it has been working fine. I noticed in Google Merchant Centre today that the opt-in has not been displayed since 29 Jan. I reviewed the plugin settings and tried deactivating and reinstalling it but I’m still not seeing the form when I place a test order.     @roddeo, I confirmed our plugin is not hooking into the thank you page on your site for some reason. Have you done any customizations to the WooCommerce thank you page?

    Hi Nate

    Thanks for getting back to me. I haven’t made any customizations to the WC thankyou page. It seems really odd that it was working just fine since June last year and then all of a sudden stopped working on 29 Jan. This made me wonder if there was perhaps a plugin incompatibility issue or possibly something to do with caching. Any pointers you can provide to help me get the plugin back up and running gratefully received.

    I just looked a little more closely and noticed that the source code ends abruptly at line 620 right after the order total and the table ends. Something is causing an error that kills the site at that point so it never gets to load the footer where our script loads.

    Check your error logs to see what is causing this. Once that is resolved, the footer should load on that page and our survey opt-in will appear again.
