Opt-in form wont show

    Hi I have done a test transaction an di dont get the opt in form ?

    I dont think there is any customisation, I have had a message from my google merchant account saying i havent got the survey opt-in module ?

    You have a custom WooCommerce Thank You page. That is not the standard WooCommerce Thank You page which usually has the order details shown on the page like a receipt.

    This plugin hooks into WooCommerce’s thankyou hook which is not firing with your custom Thank You page.

    If you deactivate the plugin or remove the theme file that is overriding your WooCommerce Thank You page, then it will work.
