    Hello,

    I have set the opt-in option to SINGLE, but it looks like it is still on DOUBLE in the background, because people still getting the DOUBLE opt-in email and mail chimp send me this message they get via API:

    That means the DOUBLE opt-in is still active, right? How can we fix that?

    Hi @reissaus,

    Can you confirm that you’ve set the opt-in to single in WordPress for your Easy Forms for MailChimp form with an ID of 1?

    If you have any caching plugins, can you also try clearing your cache?

    Once you’ve confirmed that and cleared your cache, I will test your form.
