Opt-in Perpetual Screen

  • Good afternoon,

    We have a version of your software installed on WordPress 4.8.2, on a Windows Server, using Project NAMI and SQL Server Database.

    The WordPress install is working well, but when we try to open the Pootle Pagebuilder Dashboard menu, the Opt-in screen won’t clear. If we hit “Skip” or “Allow & Continue,” it just refreshes back to the same opt-in screen.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    We do not have the Pro version of the plugin as yet, so no, I cannot use that form.

    However, I would hope that something like this wouldn’t preclude us from getting help with this issue given that it’s blocking access to the dashboard section of your plugin.

    I would be happy to send you the login credentials via some other method.

    I did manage to submit the form without the license info.
