Opt Out Message Won’t Go Away

    Whilst waiting for a response to this ticket https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/slimstat-cookie-law-info-plugin/, I’ve looked into approaching this a different way and I’ve disabled the Cookie Law Info bar and now set Slimstats to not set a cookie, privacy mode enabled and allow opt out on. I’ve also disabled the CDN, cleared both my browser and site cache and still the Opt Out Message reappears when the user moves to a different page on my site. I’m running v 4.7.8.3.

    Any ideas please?

  • I had the same problem because I had the plugin ‘cookie notice’ installed. After deactivating it, the Slimstat notice works normally.
