opt out POP Up doenst works

    Hi… I added the shortcode on my Datenschutz/privacy https://abnehmen-oberschenkel.de/datenschutz/ site… The Plugin is correctly installed…

    But when i click on the Link for Opt out, the Pop up doesnt appear… and Analytics Tracks my visit continual…

    many of my business friends use also your plugin, and they all have the same problem…

    All Settings are correctly adjusted, but the pop up and the Opt out doesnt works…

    so how can we fix this…?

    Hi Robdan,

    It looks like you’re using a cache plugin (Autoptimize). Did you clean the cache?

    Hey Andreas, so Yes i use the Autoptimze Plugin and Yes i clean the cache, now recently… but the problem is the continual same…

    maybe try disabling Autoptimize by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
