Hi Derol,

When using the shortcode selector, there is a dropdown with city names that will populate the cityId in the shortcode. When inserted, the shortcode should look something like this:

[optima_express_search_results cityId="112" propertyType="SFR,CND" bed="3" bath="2" minPrice="400000" maxPrice="600000" sortBy="pd" header="true" includeMap="true"]

If you’re not seeing any cities on the list, it’s possible that Optima Express is not registered properly on the site or you do not have an approved MLS on your account. Trial accounts come with sample MLS data.

Is it possible to add multiple cities to the search results?

We do offer “saved searches” which allows you to easily generate a very complex set of criteria and then use the search across different shortcodes and widgets.

I checked you’re account and and unfortunately, you’re subscribed to a discount package which does not include saved searches. I also notice that you purchased through your MLS and not iHomefinder directly.

I’ll follow up in private with what upgrade options are available.
