Optimization on upload and bulk not working

  • Hi, I noticed that both those mode don’t work. The only thing that works is clicking the optimize button on every single image…
    I am on WP 5.6.4 and the latest version of your plugin.

    Hi @webtemyk, thank for the quick reply.
    I have uninstalled / reinstalled the plugin. Now the optimization on upload seem to work again, yet the bulk is still stuck.
    Also, because I uninstalled/reinstalled, my previously optimized images are not counted as optimized anymore…does the plugin restore backups when uninstalled ? or will it now re-compress also the previously optimzed items?

    When you delete a plugin, the backup is not restored, but the optimization table is cleared, so the plugin forgets which images are optimized.

    Perhaps the mass optimization does not pass, because it is stuck on one of the files. Check the optimization log on the plugin page. Also specify how you run the optimization and what happens
