Optimization with wpo

I need some help with optimizing my website. I am using the flatsome theme with wpo.
Currently, the page speed scores for mobile are not very good and we need some improvement with desktop as well.

I would also like to ask if wpo minified js files and css can be place in these two places for js and css deferring or are they suppose to be left out?
I have also added dns-prefetch and preconnect as well. Generate separate files for mobile devices is also checked in page cache. Flatsome also provides lazy loading of images on our whole site. So im not sure why mobile is still loading very poorly. Was hoping you could help.

Reduce JavaScript execution time
to defer as well in wpo? or only the Eliminate render-blocking resources? because the latter has been done.
