Optimize for Page Speed

Hi,
I have left all the default settings and force optimized the images yet Google page speed insights is still stating that the images are not optimized.
the site has genesis framework with centric theme but I’m running into similar issues on sites with different child themes. I have tried turning off all plugins, manually resizing the images, and a number of other solutions.
Losslessly compressing https://www.barrgo.com/…t/uploads/2014/12/Financing-Truckers.jpg could save 13.6KiB (20% reduction).
Losslessly compressing https://www.barrgo.com/…015/04/Barrgo-Transportation-Company.jpg could save 12.8KiB (6% reduction).Do you know what could be causing the problem?
