Optimize For Viewability Option

  • Hi, I want to ask about Optimize For Viewability option in advertisement.
    1. Can you tell me how it works?
    2. Is it against Google Adsense TOS?
    3. Is there any drawbacks of enabling the option?

    The optimize for viewability Option is one of the recommendation from Amp team for ads. It’s not against the AdSense TOS

    I don’t think there’s any drawbacks of the option.

    Usually the ad lazy loads when the code enters the viewport. This option changes that lazy Loading method of AMP to make sure that ads are already loaded a second before showing up on viewport.
