Optimize image on S3

All images on my server was offload to S3 and removed from server. Some images was offloaded by Offload Media Lite plugin (setting raw S3 URL, not using CDN), some images was offloaded by manually (not using plugin). When I run bulk optimize to covert all images on S3 into Webp format, it works well with images that was offloaded by Offload Media Lite plugin, yes I see document say Offload Media Lite and EWWW Image Optimizer compatibles well. But it not work with images that was offloaded by manually, it shows “Could not retrieve file path”.
