optimize plugin usage – only load on pages it is included

As mentioned here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/juicer-css-and-js-loading-on-pages-not-using-juicer/ (2 years ago!) it is obviously not optimized and the plugin code is loaded on every page.
nowadays page speed and optimization is necessary.
it is easy to check if a shortcode is used on a specific page
