Optimized images don’t get pulled

I’ve read a few posts describing this problem and the most exhaustive I found is this one so I’ll try to be short here.

In the Image optimization summary, I’m blocked at this stage:
– Images notified to pull: 1 group (6 images)
– Images Pulled: –

=> Images don’t get pulled wether I do it manually or automatically via Cron (auto pull). I’m using WordPress 5.8.1 with PHP 7.3.

So here is what I’ve done:
1. Cleaned up unfinished data.
2. Destroyed all optimization data.
3. Refreshed domain key.
4. Checked that domain key in Toolbox / Report and QUIC.cloud admin are the same.
5. Disabled host firewall (I’m using OVH shared hosting so don’t have an option to whitelist IPs + I don’t use plugins acting as a firewall).
6. Done the REST API test here and get {“_res”:”ok”} but if I disable this plugin I get {…”data”:{“status”:404}} so the API is working?
7. Moved the # BEGIN LSCACHE rules at the end of the .htaccess (per recommendation).
