Optimizer not showing featured image

Eventhough I have assigned featured images on both posts and pages, they do not show.
And there is no option to tick to show the feat imgs, as referred to: “How To Show Featured Image on Single Post?

To show feature image on single post

1. Go to Optimizer Options -> Miscellaneous -> Single Page Settings

2. Turn on Display Featured Image

3. Hit Save Changes”
