Optimizer theme feature image not visible

I had migrate a site from WP 4.7.19 and Optimizer 0.4.6 to WP 5.6.1 & OPT 0.7.
Everything was well except the featured image in a blog entry are not any more showed.
In the documentation https://optimizerwp.com/documentation/single-post-settings/ you see this option but it is not available in the personalisation in my site.José Marín
