Optimizing wordpress category pages

If you have a category with the address myblog.com/tag/google

and if you want the note what you have written about google to appear on that category page what will you do.

you may want, what you have written to appear only on the page myblog.com/tag/google and not on any of the other catagories or any post in the google catagory.

What will you do ,is there any plugin.?? available for that,or any trick.?? php code.??
