after exceeding the 1k limit, the graphics are not displayed. After uninstalling this plugin, they also do not appear. What right does the Optimole plugin have to load some code that distorts the original content of the page? The “cloud only” option was not used. How to fix it. I don’t want to use your plugin anymore. 250 EUR? It’s not worth the price!

    Hi @jarwu,

If you haven’t uploaded any images to Optimole, they won’t be removed from your site because Optimole doesn’t affect your original images. Removing Optimole is simple. After uninstalling the plugin from your WordPress dashboard, it shouldn’t affect the display of your images. You can find more information about this process at https://docs.optimole.com/article/1019-will-the-original-images-be-deleted.

But if you are experience the issue with images not appearing then it might be because you offloaded them to optimole, and as you mentioned the account is suspended due to exceeding the free account quota, then the images will show a 404 status as the account quota exceeded. Let me guide you through the steps to resolve the image issue you’re facing:

    1. Visit the Documentation: Please visit our guide on transferring images back to your server here:?Transfer Images to Your Server.
    2. Export Images:?If you prefer to manually download and re-upload the images, you can use our export tool, accessible here:?Export Images from Optimole Cloud. This tool will allow you to download all your images in one go.

In both articles, you will find detailed, step-by-step instructions. These should guide you through the process of either transferring or exporting your images smoothly.

If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help and ensure that your experience with our plugin is as seamless as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.

    Hello,

Look, Optimole have worked to moment when the number of visits has been exceeded. At this point the images stopped appearing on the website. After disabling all Optimole functions, they still did not appear, after disabling this plugin, the same after uninstalling it. I had to turn off most of the AutOptimize functions and the images came back, even though before turning on Optimole this type of website optimization worked correctly. I don’t know what factors caused this behavior of the website, whether it was your mistakes, lack of testing your plugin for certain circumstances, or “aggressive marketing”. The fact is that such events have no right to take place. Blocking the display of images after exceeding the number of visits to the website is a very bad strategy. All you need to do is automatically turn off optimization and inform the user about this fact. Trying to convince the user to buy an annual subscription to the paid version for approximately €250 or else nothing will be displayed is a bad strategy.

    Hi @jarwu

We have sent numerous emails notifying you about the usage limits being reached on your account. Once the limit is exceeded, the plugin restricts image optimization as per our policy and notifies user about this through email, plugin and dashboard notifications. This is not a marketing strategy but a way to ensure that users are aware of their usage and can manage it accordingly. This policy is applied equally to all users to maintain fairness.

If you continue to experience issues, please follow the steps outlined in our guidelines and let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you!

@kushnamdev I don’t see reason to continue this discussion. I have removed Optimole and all hopefully leftovers from it, I changed the graphics optimization software. I also had to change the software for cashing the website, because after Optimole’s intervention, the previous one did not work very well, and that was the reason that after uninstalling Optimole, the graphics were not displayed, even though previously cash and the entire system. Now, with other software, everything works fine. Nevertheless, I still have a bad taste for your Optimole. I suggest you rethink your strategy for convince customers to buy paid versions.
