Hi @jarwu,
If you haven’t uploaded any images to Optimole, they won’t be removed from your site because Optimole doesn’t affect your original images. Removing Optimole is simple. After uninstalling the plugin from your WordPress dashboard, it shouldn’t affect the display of your images. You can find more information about this process at https://docs.optimole.com/article/1019-will-the-original-images-be-deleted.
But if you are experience the issue with images not appearing then it might be because you offloaded them to optimole, and as you mentioned the account is suspended due to exceeding the free account quota, then the images will show a 404 status as the account quota exceeded. Let me guide you through the steps to resolve the image issue you’re facing:
- Visit the Documentation: Please visit our guide on transferring images back to your server here:?Transfer Images to Your Server.
- Export Images:?If you prefer to manually download and re-upload the images, you can use our export tool, accessible here:?Export Images from Optimole Cloud. This tool will allow you to download all your images in one go.
In both articles, you will find detailed, step-by-step instructions. These should guide you through the process of either transferring or exporting your images smoothly.
If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We’re here to help and ensure that your experience with our plugin is as seamless as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
Best regards
